1. Seller Eligibility

1.2. Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
1.3. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their business activities.

2. Account Registration and Maintenance

2.1. Sellers must create an account by providing a valid email address, business details, and any other required information.
2.2. Sellers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
2.3. Sellers must promptly update any changes to their account information.

3. Product Listings

3.1. Sellers must provide accurate and complete product descriptions, including pricing, images, and any relevant specifications.
3.2. Sellers must ensure that all products listed are legal and comply with InDesign's policies.
3.3. Sellers are prohibited from listing counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Sellers set their own prices for their products.
4.2. InDesign will deduct a commission fee as outlined in the seller agreement.
4.3. Payments to sellers will be processed according to InDesign's payment schedule and terms.

5. Order Fulfillment

5.1. Sellers are responsible for promptly fulfilling orders and providing accurate tracking information.
5.2. Sellers must ensure that products are packaged securely and shipped in a timely manner.
5.3. Sellers are responsible for handling any returns, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with InDesign's policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1. Sellers are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.
6.2. Sellers must not manipulate product reviews or ratings.
6.3. Sellers must not use InDesign's platform to promote external websites or businesses without prior approval.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Sellers must respect the intellectual property rights of others and only list products that they have the right to sell.
7.2. Sellers must not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or any other intellectual property rights.

8. Termination

8.1. InDesign reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller's account for any violation of these terms and policies.
8.2. Sellers may terminate their account at any time by providing written notice to InDesign.

9. Liability

9.1. Sellers are solely responsible for their products and any claims related to their products.
9.2. InDesign is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the seller's activities on the platform.

10. Amendments

10.1. InDesign reserves the right to amend these terms and policies at any time.
10.2. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InDesign operates.
11.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and policies will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By registering as a seller on InDesign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and policies.
