Our founder, Sumit Baradia, is an MSc. in AgroEcology from NMBU Norway and a dedicated sustainability activist. Driven by a desire to bridge tradition and eco-conscious living, he founded InDesign to preserve Bengal's rich handcrafted heritage while ensuring environmental health. He is also an Independent Director with training from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), bringing significant value to the business sector by ensuring robust governance and strategic oversight.
